Our ingredients

Emulsifiers

A silky skin feel and long-lasting product stability are essential for high-quality cosmetic formulations.
These qualities depend heavily on the emulsifier system selected. Our portfolio offers versatile, high-performance solutions tailored to meet the diverse and exacting demands of the cosmetic industry.

- O/W EMULSIFIERS

These emulsifiers allow the dispersion of large amounts of lipids to create stable emulsions where water forms the continuous phase. These versatile ingredients can also function as cleansing agents, helping to remove dirt and oil from skin and hair.

- W/O EMULSIFIERS

W/O emulsifiers form stable emulsions with oil as the continuous phase, maintaining stability even at low oil concentrations for rich, moisturising formulations.

- MULTIFUNCTIONAL EMULSIFIERS

These cosmetic ingredients offer ultimate formulation flexibility, creating either O/W or W/O emulsions depending on your specific needs. The final emulsion type is determined by formulation components, such as oil selection, electrolytes, manufacturing process, and oil-to-water ratios.

Solubilisers

Solubilisers help incorporate oily substances into clear, stable aqueous solutions. Our ingredients provide the flexibility to combine the right oil components to achieve the desired sensory profile, whether enhancing the delivery of fragrances and active ingredients, or specific skin feel.

These ingredients can also act as O/W emulsifiers and help stabilise emulsions, offering versatile formulation solutions for your personal care products.

Surfactants

Surfactants are essential functional ingredients in cosmetics, enabling gentle yet effective cleansing, leaving skin feeling fresh, balanced, and renewed.

- ANIONIC SURFACTANTS

Anionic surfactants are molecules with a negatively charged head, which serve as excellent cleansing agents and have exceptional foaming properties. They effectively remove dirt and oil while generating rich, abundant lather, making them ideal for shampoos, body washes, and cleansers where consumers expect a luxurious foam experience. Within this category, ethoxylated anionic surfactants deliver the same powerful cleansing and rich foaming properties but with significantly improved mildness.

The ethoxylation process reduces skin irritation potential while maintaining
excellent dirt and oil removal, making them ideal for daily-use cleansers, sensitive skin formulations, and products where both performance and gentleness are essential.

- NON-IONIC SURFACTANTS

Consumers expect more than cleansing, they demand performance, skin compatibility, and a pleasant sensory experience. Our range includes naturally derived surfactants, designed to support various foaming systems and meet today’s formulation challenges with effective, sustainable solutions.

These non-ionic surfactants can be used as cleansing agents and solubilisers, providing formulators with versatile ingredients that deliver multiple functions in a single product.

Emollients

Emollients deeply moisturise and soften skin while enhancing product texture and performance.
Our Sympare GMS provides exceptional hydration, while Sympare ML15 is specially designed for deodorants, delivering smooth application and superior skin comfort.
