Specific measurements also have to be carried out on-site and in-depth laboratory analyses may be necessary. These ensure that we have all the important parameters that are needed to achieve the optimum solution, to define the appropriate product to use and to establish the correct position and interval at which it should be added.
Control, trouble-shooting and optimisation
Just implementing a solution is not enough. It must also be monitored and controlled according to clearly defined rules. This ensures that any deviations from the required state are detected and corrective action can be taken. When unexpected variations occur in the system, it is crucial to have knowledge of the measured parameters and their interpretation in order to be able to control the solution being used. When major changes in the system are planned, it is usually necessary to make adjustments and improvements to the new conditions.
