Knowledge and experience are not all that's needed to understand a system and implement the right solution. Specific measurements must also be made on-site and in-depth laboratory analyses may be necessary. They ensure we have all the parameters that are important for achieving the optimal solution, defining the appropriate product to use and establishing the correct place for its addition and the intervals at which to add it.
Control, trouble-shooting and optimization.
Just implementing a solution is not enough. It must also be monitored and controlled according to clearly defined rules. This ensures that deviations from the required state are detected and corrective action can be taken. When unexpected variations occur in the system, knowledge of the measured parameters and their interpretation is crucial for the control of the solution being used. When major changes in the system are planned, optimization and adjustment to the new conditions are usually necessary.
Our range of measuring instruments and methods.
We make use of a wide range of measuring instruments and proven methods of measurement, both on-site and in the laboratory. For those who are interested in the details: our laboratory equipment includes NMR, GC-MS, FTIR, HPLC and SEM with EDX.
On-site, our online devices for measuring deposit layer thickness (the patented BDC) and free and bound gases (KLG) have proved themselves to be essential aids for achieving informative results.
