Along with microbiological control and the targeted use of cleaning and conditioning agents, the control of foam and air production is essential for optimal process control. We know from experience that the paper suspension has a tendency to take up air. This causes "pinholes" and can interfere with dewatering. Our deaerators tackle these problems effectively.
The closing of water circuits and the use of increasing amounts of chemicals lead to increased formation of surface foam. This can contaminate machine parts or vats and compromise process hygiene.
