Quality Guidelines

Quality management is an important element of our corporate policy. Our principles are as follows:

"The requirements agreed with our customers and suppliers form the basis for the correct definition of product quality and services - in our business relationships we value personal contact, mutual trust and reliability (partnership)".

1. Actions, processes and results are transparent in all areas.

2. Through Our quality management procedures are geared towards preventing mistakes from occurring in the first place,

which is preferable to having to rectify them later (prevention rather than cure), the aim is not dealing with mistakes but the

prevention of mistakes (preventive rather than corrective).

3. Quality management is a continuous process.

4. Quality management is an important responsibility at all managerial levels.

5. Organisational, technical and staff-related measures are required to achieve the quality targets.

6. Training should be used to communicate and strengthen the reasons for and methods of quality management.

7. Comprehensive quality management procedures covering all aspects of the group's activities are designed to faciliate quality assurance.
